English version of our most important public routes (/per/*, /uso/*, /prezzi, /clienti). Hreflang en-US + clean canonicals. Starting with high-traffic SEO pages.
Self-serve DPA in the dashboardFeature
Automatic generation of a Data Processing Agreement you can sign right from /pay/settings, with your company details pre-filled. No more back-and-forth emails.
Onboarding wizard refactored to FormFieldUX
Steps 1-3 of the wizard moved to a uniform FormField pattern (K24). In-page zod validation with inline errors + WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
Cross-tenant raw-SQL aggregateData
Replacing groupBy+map JS with Postgres CTEs for the top 5 slow queries in the admin-internal cockpit. Target p95 < 50ms.

Two-way sync of products and prices with the two most-requested Italian POS systems. Cuts duplicate menu + price-list work.
Delivery hub (Glovo, Uber Eats, Deliveroo)Feature
Publish your menu to every delivery platform from a single CMS. Synchronized 86 (sold-out) management.
AI menu refresh (Premium)Feature
Assisted rewriting of dish descriptions in a brand-coherent tone + IT→EN/ES/DE translations. Credits included in the Premium plan.
QR self-order with cartFeature
Guests order from the QR code without getting up. Apple/Google Pay payment + order sent to the kitchen KDS. Prototype started, rolling out gradually.
Mandatory 2FA for adminsSecurity
TOTP authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password). Rate limiting + one-time recovery codes. Optional for staff.
Crubby Manager mobile appUX
Native app (React Native) to manage menu, stock, and prices from your phone. iOS + Android, first TestFlight release.

Menu template marketplaceFeature
A library of menu templates designed for different formats (trattoria, fine dining, pizza by the slice). Adaptable in 1 click instead of starting from scratch.
Integrated reservation systemFeature
Table bookings straight from the QR menu. Branded booking page + Google Reserve integration. Still deciding whether to build vs. partner.
Multi-currency + multi-VATFeature
Pricing support in EUR/USD/GBP/CHF and non-Italian VAT regimes. Only if international traction justifies it.
BI export for Power BI / TableauData
Read-only ODBC connector to operational data. For chains that already have their own BI. Still gauging demand.
Loyalty rewards tiersFeature
Extends the loyalty stamp card with tiers (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and differentiated rewards. Need to learn how many customers would use tiers.
SOC 2 Type ISecurity
SOC 2 Type I certification for enterprise buyers. ~€20k investment + 6-month audit. Need to confirm whether SOC 2 requesters are big enough to close the deal.
